Managing volunteers is made all the more easier by having strong policies and procedures in place at the outset. This workshop will take participants through the process of developing a volunteering policy for their organisation, and consider all of the accompanying procedures which are good practice to have in place.
This course can be taken as a stand alone course, or as a supplementary workshops to the Best Practice Volunteer Management Training Course.
