Action Learning is a long established development method, utilising peer support and real work based experiences. Find out more on the Action Learning page of this website.
This Action Learning 'Set' consists of 5-6 volunteer managers meeting 5 times with a facilitator over a period of approximately 5 - 6 months.
It is essential that participants commit to attending all 5 set meetings, to maximise their own and other participants' learning.
Dates for remaining set meetings will be agreed at the first set meeting to ensure dates suitable for everyone. Please contact Jacqueline for infromation for dates of the next set.
The facilitator for this set will be Jacqueline Smith, Good Practice Adviser, Volunteer Centre Richmond. Please contact Jacqueline for more information, including the confirmed date in April for first set meeting.
Other sets will be happening in Tower Hamlets, Redbridge, Bromley and Camden.

This Action Learning set is funded by the Big Lottery Fund, via the Experts in Volunteering Project.
