Building your Trustee Board

Interactive and personal approach to dealing with your management committee challenges: of recruiting, finding the right skills and building on the skills you have.
This can be delivered off-the-peg in your venue for £250 (one day, variations negotiable): which would include all preparation and materials, but not projection equipment or venue.
Other off-the-peg courses: Introduction to Volunteer Management, Recruiting Volunteers, Motivating Volunteers, Assertiveness, Cultural Awareness.

I am experienced and good value - my fee is less than an individual participants fee on some courses!
