Catherine Bavage is Chief Executive of Volunteer Centre Tower Hamlets. She has worked in the voluntary sector in London for 20 years, including for a national HIV charity and a voluntary organisation that provides learning opportunities for young people. Catherine has a postgraduate qualification in Managing the Non Profit Sector and completed "Training for Trainers" with the Industrial Society. She has developed and facilitated courses on wide range of volunteer management issues and fundraising for staff, as well as training volunteers themselves.
