Greater London Volunteering (GLV) provides the Experts in Volunteering website to facilitate the sharing of expertise in volunteering across London. The website is designed to encourage Volunteer Centres and other experts to share information on training courses, consultancy and good practice resource and volunteer involving organisations to find relevant expertise in volunteering.
The information is provided and loaded by registered individuals from Volunteer Centres and other organisations providing training, consultancy and expertise. Whilst GLV has a role in facilitating the sharing of this information, GLV is acting as the holder of information and cannot recommend any of the training or expertise offered.
The responsibility of the quality of the training courses or experience of consultants lies with the organisation that has registered and loaded that information.
If you are dissatisfied with training you have undertaken or expertise you have used, you should contact the registering organisation in the first instance and if necessary, follow their complaints procedure.
